SHREDMTB
Terms of Service
Effective version: 2026-04-28
Using SHREDMTB
SHREDMTB is a mountain bike lifestyle and profile app. It helps riders build profiles, share bikes, log rides, organize gear and ideas, follow other riders, like content, and save images and notes.
You are responsible for your own riding decisions, safety, equipment choices, trail choices, route choices, and compliance with applicable laws, land-manager rules, trail rules, and event rules.
Account Eligibility
You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to use SHREDMTB under the laws and rules that apply to you. If you are not old enough to create an account or use online services in your region, you should not use SHREDMTB without appropriate permission.
Riding Risk
Mountain biking involves real risk, including crashes, injury, changing trail conditions, weather, mechanical problems, and other hazards. SHREDMTB does not verify trail conditions, route safety, rider ability, equipment suitability, or third-party recommendations.
Content in SHREDMTB may be incomplete, outdated, subjective, or wrong. Use your own judgment before riding, buying equipment, following a recommendation, or visiting a trail.
No Professional Advice
Content on SHREDMTB is for general use and rider-to-rider sharing. It is not professional safety, medical, legal, mechanical, coaching, or trail guidance. You are responsible for checking information yourself and making decisions that are appropriate for your situation.
User Content
You are responsible for the content you add to SHREDMTB, including profile details, bike information, ride logs, fridge items, plans, library items, comments if available, links, images, display names, and handles.
Do not post unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, dangerous, misleading, spammy, or infringing content. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with a person, brand, trail group, or organization.
SHREDMTB may remove content or accounts that violate these terms, create legal risk, interfere with the app, or affect other riders’ use of the service.
Reporting and Moderation
Users may report public content that they believe is inappropriate, abusive, misleading, spam, or otherwise unsuitable for SHREDMTB. We may review reported content and may hide, remove, restrict, or take other action on content or accounts at our discretion.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that action will be taken. Misuse of the reporting feature, including false, repeated, or abusive reports, may result in account restrictions.
Public Profiles and Sharing
Some parts of SHREDMTB may be public if you choose to make them public. This may include your profile, handle, display name, bikes, ride information, fridge items, plans, library items, images, notes, likes, follows, or other activity.
You are responsible for what you choose to share. Do not post private information, location details, or images that you do not want other people to see.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By adding content to SHREDMTB, you give SHREDMTB permission to host, store, process, resize, display, and share that content within the app as needed to operate the service.
If you make a profile or section public, other people may be able to view the content you choose to share.
Service Availability
SHREDMTB is provided “as is” and may change over time. Features may be added, removed, paused, or modified. We try to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every rider or situation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SHREDMTB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to riding decisions, equipment decisions, trail use, user content, or service interruptions.
Account Deletion
You can request or use available account deletion tools to delete your account. Deleting an account may remove profile content and related app data, subject to technical limits, backups, legal obligations, and abuse-prevention needs.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as SHREDMTB changes. If we make important changes, we may provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of SHREDMTB after changes means you accept the updated terms.
