Information SHREDMTB Collects

SHREDMTB collects the account information needed to create and manage your account. This may include your email address, display name, handle, optional country, and profile content.

SHREDMTB also stores the content you choose to add to the app, such as bikes, ride logs, fridge items, plans, library items, follows, likes, uploaded images, notes, related settings, and visibility preferences.

Country is optional. You can use SHREDMTB without adding a country to your profile.

Public Content

Some information may be public depending on your profile and section visibility settings. Public information may include your display name, handle, profile details, bikes, ride logs, fridge items, plans, library items, follows, likes, images, and notes you choose to share.

Please avoid adding personal information to public fields if you do not want other people to see it.

Reports and Moderation

If you submit a report about content or another user, we may collect and store information related to that report, including your account identifier, the reported content, the reported user, the reason selected, any details you provide, and timestamps. We use this information to review reports, moderate public content, protect the community, and enforce our Terms.

Reported users are not shown your private contact information through the reporting feature, but administrators may review report details as part of moderation.

How SHREDMTB Uses Information

SHREDMTB uses your information to operate the app, create and secure accounts, show profiles and content, save your settings, support follows and likes, display uploaded images, prevent misuse, debug issues, and improve reliability.

We may also use basic technical information, logs, and service diagnostics to keep SHREDMTB working, troubleshoot problems, understand app performance, and protect the service.

Third-Party Services

SHREDMTB uses third-party services to run the app. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and related backend services, and Vercel for hosting and deployment.

These providers process information as needed to provide their services to SHREDMTB. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

No Sale of Personal Data

SHREDMTB does not sell your personal data.

SHREDMTB keeps account information and app content for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, support app features, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve technical issues.

Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, or security records after account deletion.

You can request or use available account deletion tools to delete your account. Account deletion may remove profile content and related app data, subject to technical limits, backups, legal obligations, and abuse-prevention needs.

Security

SHREDMTB uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account information and app data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should avoid adding sensitive personal information to your profile, public sections, or uploaded content.

Children and Younger Users

SHREDMTB is intended for users who are old enough to create and manage an online account under the laws and rules that apply to them. If you are not old enough to use online services in your region, you should not use SHREDMTB without appropriate permission.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
